Our training process is a multi-stage approach that utilizes a variety of adaptive training modules for large groups, teams (small groups), and individuals.
In addition to group sizes, our training utilizes a hybrid method of delivery that includes live virtual training to present new concepts, review modules to address previous concepts, and in job coaching that applies concepts to solve problems unique to each team member.
A mentorship component is available to be developed within the organization or facilitated by our team.
